Position Summary:


At Town and Country Resort, we are seeking an Aquatic Safety Officer. In this role, you will be the vigilant protector of aquatic safety, ensuring the well-being of all guests at our facility.

Your sharp observation skills, swift reflexes, and professional training will help create a secure and enjoyable environment for swimmers of all ages.

If you are a proficient swimmer with a commitment to saving lives and enhancing water safety, we invite you to consider joining our team. Compensation is competitive at $16 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain order and enforce facility regulations in swimming areas, water slides, and sauna zones. Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty. Implement public health and safety protocols in accordance with facility standards and emergency response plans. Provide emergency care and treatment as necessary until emergency medical services arrive. Carry out various maintenance tasks as assigned to uphold a clean and safe environment.

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred. Current certifications in CPR and First Aid are mandatory.
