Joining the British Swim School team offers more than just employment; it presents an opportunity to make a significant difference in a child's life.

As a member of the British Swim School family, you contribute to your community by empowering individuals and sharing your enthusiasm for water safety. You will be part of a dedicated and enjoyable team committed to fostering a lifelong appreciation for swimming.

While we provide swimming instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, the majority of our students are preschool and elementary-aged children. Our instructors should enjoy working with this demographic and excel at reassuring parents. Experience with children or in child-focused roles is beneficial but not mandatory if you possess the right attitude. Specialized training in our unique British Swim School methodology will be provided.

We also offer exciting roles within our Customer Service Team, even if you are not directly involved in swimming instruction. These team members are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the industry, engaging with parents both over the phone and poolside. Regardless of your position, the goal is to ensure everyone feels like part of the British Swim School family as we prioritize the safety and survival of young learners.

Each franchise location operates independently, and your application will be directed to the franchise owner, with all hiring decisions made by their management team. For inquiries regarding employment, please reach out directly to the franchise location.
