Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Provide leadership and oversight to aquatic staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
- Program Development: Research and develop new aquatic programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our patrons and the community.
- Facility Operations: Maintain a safe and clean aquatic environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide training and support to aquatic staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent programs and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience and 2+ years of related experience.
- Certifications: Current certifications in American Red Cross First Aid for Public Safety Personnel (Title 22) or above, CPR for the Professional Rescuer (CPR Pro), Oxygen Administration, and Lifeguarding.
- Experience: Significant experience working at a large public pool facility, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and services.
