Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the new hire process, including distributing exit interviews and tracking responses
* Conduct background checks and investigations
* Maintain up-to-date employment records and personnel files
* Provide support during open enrollment and serve as a benefits specialist
* Conduct benefit audits and maintain benefits accrual information
* Review workers compensation and injury reports
* Ensure proper authorization of payroll actions and validate payroll checks
* Input employee work schedules and time records
* Maintain applicable records for state and federal reporting

Requirements:

* High school diploma or General Education Diploma required
* One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred
* Proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing required
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
