Human Resources Coordinator Role

The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of The Texas Rangers team, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our Event Staff population. This includes sourcing, hiring, and on-going HR services to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for Event Staff
  • Provide primary contact for inquiries from Event Staff
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process for Event Staff positions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives
