Client Relations Specialist

Your Role:
The Client Relations Specialist will manage all customer care inquiries and communications, ensuring a prompt response to all customer calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, either directly or by directing them to the appropriate Customer Care Representative (CCR).
2. Assist in processing legal document requests and reimbursement check requests.
3. Serve as the BuildPro administrator, generating necessary reports and documents as required.
4. Compile and oversee various reports, including H2 survey trackers, warranty spend, and aged ticket reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
5. Maintain organized customer care records and documentation, filing warranty files systematically.

Additional Duties:
May include scheduling New Home Orientations (NHOs) and managing related documentation, as well as tracking data pertinent to these functions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the homebuilding industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Engagement:
This role involves regular interaction with various internal teams, external agencies, business partners, and homeowners, requiring a resourceful and patient approach.
