Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering domain
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities to enhance sales performance
- Work in conjunction with the marketing department to create effective sales initiatives
- Present engaging sales pitches and product showcases
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to finalize agreements
- Oversee a designated client territory
- Represent Jobot at relevant industry events and exhibitions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry developments and innovations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales within the engineering field
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing, packaging, containers, advertising, B2B, and displays
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong aptitude for building and sustaining client relationships
- Self-driven and focused on achieving results
- Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
