About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnerships Executive to join our team at Grindr. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners, driving business growth, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our brand partnerships.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth and expand our brand partnerships.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our brand partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expanding brand partnerships.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business strategies and solutions to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
