In this role, you will be tasked with identifying impactful opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. You will work closely with marketing and sales on key initiatives while serving as a primary liaison for our partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure partnership opportunities; maintain consistent communication between the brand and partners while actively sourcing and negotiating new collaborations.
  • Analyze partnership terms, model projections, and negotiate contracts focused on enhancing revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee partnership budgets and forecasting.
  • Ensure partner deliverables align with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Develop marketing communication strategies to maximize partner impact, driving revenue, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and partnership program outcomes to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and effectiveness of each partner and/or activation.
  • Collaborate across functions to implement operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing quarterly planning to enhance value and growth for the program, ambassadors, and partners.
  • Stay informed on emerging influencers and trends through various social media platforms.
  • Participate in relevant networking and business events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, media buying, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships with a strong data-driven focus.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and profitability through partnerships.
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating partnerships across Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok platforms is preferred.
  • Skilled in underwriting, negotiating, and forecasting partnership deals.
  • Established relationships within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding partnership revenue and growth objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Notion.
