Position Summary:

RuggableX represents our partnerships and licensing initiative, responsible for the successful collaborations with renowned brands. As we continue to expand, we are in search of a dynamic Manager or Senior Manager of Partnerships & Licensing to drive our business forward and nurture our relationships with partners. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will blend analytical thinking with a creative vision, making it a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment akin to a start-up. You will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Business Development, collaborating with various teams including design, marketing, and legal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assess partnership opportunities across various categories, including revenue forecasting.
  • Lead outreach efforts to potential partners, managing proposals, negotiations, and communication strategies.
  • Oversee partner onboarding and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with partners through regular business reviews and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven ability to engage potential partners and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong business insight and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience managing significant marketing projects or relevant industry experience in partnerships, licensing, or sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential.
  • Ability to create impactful presentation materials.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with partnership and licensing agreements.
  • Experience in creative roles or a deep understanding of the creative design process.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary range of $100-120k annually.
  • Annual bonus structure based on role level.
  • Employer matching for company-sponsored 401K plan.
