At Ketone-IQ, we are transforming the landscape of energy solutions. Our innovative approach to fueling the body goes beyond traditional methods, challenging the limits of what can be achieved. In 2019, our groundbreaking ketone nutritional superfuel garnered attention from the US Department of Defense SOCOM, resulting in a significant contract to enhance the performance of their elite units. However, our vision extends further. We aim to disrupt the entire energy sector, making our high-performance fuel accessible to everyone, including professional athletes, busy professionals, and active individuals.

Ketone-IQ stands for High Performance Energy. We are redefining how individuals fuel their bodies and are rapidly expanding as we lead the ketone movement. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to embark on this exciting journey with us.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure partnership opportunities; maintain consistent communication between the brand and partners while actively sourcing and negotiating new collaborations.
  • Analyze partnership terms, model projections, and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability.
  • Manage partnership budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee partner deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop marketing communication strategies to enhance partner impact, driving revenue, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and partnership program performance to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate across functions to implement operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing planning to continuously add value and growth for the program and our partners.
  • Stay informed about emerging influencers and trends through various media channels.
  • Participate in relevant networking events for business development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, media buying, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Experience in identifying and evaluating partnerships across various platforms such as Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Skilled in negotiating and forecasting partnership deals.
  • Established relationships within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding partnership revenue and growth objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and Notion.
