Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to provide clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
- Partnership Performance: Analyze and communicate partner-agnostic and partner-specific insights, trends, and recommendations across a variety of sponsorship inventory and brand partners/sponsors.
- Strategy Development: Identify and recommend strategies to improve partner retention/renewal and revenue optimization.
- Market Research: Assist with broader market research efforts by developing, executing, and analyzing group research tactics that provide partnership insights to business leaders.
- Education: BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Analytics (Advanced Degree Preferred)
- Experience: 4-6 years of related work experience
- Technical Skills: Experience with statistical programming packages like SAS, SPSS, R, or Python; SQL and data warehousing; database systems such as AWS or Azure; and BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau/Looker
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to create relationships and work independently; ability to learn required business systems; and proven capabilities to identify actionable insights from data
