Position Overview:
As a Senior Client Partnership Executive, you will be instrumental in driving client success.

Your ability to provide comprehensive direction and leadership to the Client Services team is essential. Your tact and sound judgement in interactions will empower you to navigate challenges effectively.

With the insight of a seasoned strategist, you will understand the nuances of managing and enhancing CLevelCrossing's visibility and presence within client relationships.

Your leadership experience will enable you to cultivate a dynamic team characterized by high energy, morale, and commitment. Collaborating with and overseeing multidisciplinary teams across various locations will be second nature to you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of client business.
- Establish the internal team’s culture by recognizing capabilities, managing performance, and embodying leadership.
- Foster client relationships by achieving the account's established targets and business goals.
- Contribute to the agency's growth through knowledge sharing, best practices, and succession planning.
- Balance the needs of clients and the agency effectively.
- Uphold and advocate for agency values and guidelines.
- Ensure 100% completion of performance reviews.
- Assess the quality of work produced by your team.
- Promote teamwork, initiative, work ethic, and adherence to values.
- Support the professional development plans of your team members.
- Negotiate financial and operational targets with the Executive Team.
- Manage the organization’s strategic and operational planning, fiscal oversight, and policy implementation.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Client Services within marketing, advertising, or consulting sectors.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of CRM, content management, analytics, digital marketing, and eCommerce technologies.
- Proven track record in managing complex teams and client relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire your team.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to respond swiftly, evaluate situations, and implement effective solutions.
