Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Partnership Development team at Galileo Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong partnerships with K-12 school districts across California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Create and grow a strong pipeline of school district partnerships for our newest product offerings in the emerging K-12 market.
  • Sales and Renewals: Engage and inspire prospective partners through effective sales and renewal conversations, highlighting the impact and value of Galileo's programs.
  • Contracting and Negotiation: Accurately and transparently manage pipeline forecasting, negotiate contracts, and submit RFPs to secure new partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field operations, to ensure successful implementation and renewal of partnerships.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve challenges faced by school district partners, providing creative solutions to drive growth and success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success in selling early-stage educational products with six-figure contracts.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of California K-12 funding mechanisms, including LCAP and ELO-P, and their application to support unduplicated students.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the impact and value of Galileo's programs to diverse stakeholders.
  • Tools: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM technologies is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Compensation: Total compensation (including base pay and commission) for this Full-Time, exempt position is anticipated to be $120,000 - $170,000 annually.

Work Environment
