Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Director to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the aesthetic marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the aesthetic industry
- Provide technical and product expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or medical device industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong technical and product knowledge of aesthetic and medical devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with laser and light-based technologies
- Knowledge of the aesthetic and medical device industry
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
