Position Overview:
The Aesthetic Business Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies and processes aimed at maximizing sales opportunities through the promotion and sale of both technical and non-technical products and services directly to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance sales opportunities through effective promotion and sales of products and services.
  • Monitor and track lead generation initiatives to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Execute sales processes and policies to ensure that sales volumes and profit objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate on sales initiatives to inform customers about new product and service offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in strategic and consultative sales.
  • Prior experience in buy and bill sales is advantageous.
