We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Leader to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role: As a Business Development Team Leader at Next In Natural, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification, pursuit, and development of new business opportunities. You will work closely with our CEO and other members of our team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional results. You will also provide leadership and support to our Business Development Team, Brokers, and Merchandising team members, as well as collaborate with our Trade Marketing Team to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and build existing and new customer relationships
  • Lead the Business Development Team, Brokers, and Merchandising team members
  • Support the Trade Marketing Team and Initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of business development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive results. You should also be comfortable with overnight travel, be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a passion for the organic and natural food industry.
