Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Business Development Manager to join our team at RTM Business Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with C-Level and senior executives, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will leverage your excellent communication skills, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales, and possess a Bachelor's degree. A background in sales, marketing, customer success, or B2B events is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance. Our total compensation package includes 15+ PTO days, flexible/hybrid work model, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K after 12 months of employment, pre-tax commuter benefits, and travel opportunities to major cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage email marketing, social selling, phone calls, and pitches to gather executives for our events.
  • Identify pain points and develop solutions that align with our programs, generating attendees for our conferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, handling questions, scheduling, event details, and follow-up activities.
  • Travel nationally for up to 6 events per year, attending 4-5 days per event.
  • Create, manage, and track tasks on our CRM and Airtable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (all expenses paid).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple deadlines and tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
