Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $132,000-$206,000 per year, based on location, experience, and other qualifications.

Job DescriptionRole Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mastercard's Services Business Development team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing major client accounts and driving sales opportunities across multiple lines of business. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of major client accounts, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account teams, product groups, and service teams, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead sales calls and presentations, creating compelling pitches that showcase Mastercard's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of the payment ecosystem and industry trends.
