Northeast Territory Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth through the cultivation of relationships with production sources. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial insurance brokers' network and the ability to present a persuasive value proposition. If you have a proven track record of success in commercial insurance distribution, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with underwriting partners and key stakeholders, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, analytics, finance, or risk management. They will also possess a strong understanding of the commercial insurance brokers' network, prior experience with an enterprise CRM system, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires travel to meet with brokers and clients, so flexibility is essential. Safety National offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including a target salary range of $183,750 to $292,500. The successful candidate's compensation will be based on their unique combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
