About the Role:

This HR Director role will focus on two primary responsibilities:

  • Be the client-facing HR leader for our Finance/Accounting, Workplace, and Americas Marketing organizations.
  • Be a contributing member of our G&A HR Business Partner community while acting as a partner to the global HRBP organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead through Freshworks Culture and Values: Drive language, actions, and the complete employee experience to align with company culture.
  • Consult and Improve Organizational Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve organizational structure, role definitions, and communication flow to align with business strategy and priorities.
  • Provide Expertise and Influence: Offer strategic guidance on organization development, global workforce planning, and business growth strategy.
  • Deliver HR Programs: Implement performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement plans with excellence and global consistency.
  • Champion Data and Metrics: Leverage analytics to inform business decisions and shape direction and guidance.
  • Provide Change Management and Leadership Coaching: Support employees in embracing opportunities for growth and scale.
  • Interact with Global HR Organization: Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams.
