Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) divisions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Revenue department leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational goals, enhance operational efficiency, and cultivate a culture of high performance. You will collaborate with a diverse group of experts to develop and implement strategies for recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee motivation, retention, and organizational structuring. In our collaborative environment, you will have the chance to engage directly with various teams across Motive to achieve objectives.

This position necessitates close collaboration with the Senior/Lead HRBP for the division. It demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess experience in employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, change management, and will be both people and business-oriented, thriving in a rapidly evolving organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior/Lead HRBP to comprehend business objectives and the HR strategies that support them, ensuring cohesive implementation across the field. Act as a communication conduit for significant developments that may impact HR strategies.
  • Act as a consultant to mid-level managers in building and managing effective teams, focusing on leadership effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on talent development, fostering an inclusive workplace, and addressing employee issues.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Work with the broader HR team to roll out programs and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention within Sales.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Support change management efforts within the Sales division, facilitating smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Integrate principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent management practices within the GTM organization, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Assist in change management initiatives and projects within the Sales division, ensuring effective transitions and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP role supporting a Sales or related client group.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and the specific company functions they support.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and address complex organizational challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, capable of leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience supporting global teams is an advantage.
