Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) divisions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Revenue department leaders to ensure that HR strategies align with business goals, enhance organizational efficiency, and cultivate a culture of high performance. You will collaborate with a diverse group of experts to develop and implement strategies for recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee motivation, retention, and organizational structure. In our dynamic environment, you will have the chance to engage directly with various teams to drive results. Your mission within the People function is to empower Motive's organizations that contribute to the company's success.

This position requires close collaboration with the Senior/Lead HRBP for the organization. It demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, change management, and a strong focus on both people and business needs, thriving in a rapidly evolving organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior/Lead HRBP to comprehend business objectives and the HR strategies that support them, ensuring cohesive implementation across the field. Act as a communication conduit for significant developments that may impact HR strategy.
  • Act as a resource for mid-level managers in building and maintaining effective teams, focusing on leadership effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers regarding talent development, fostering an inclusive workplace, and addressing employee issues.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Work with the broader HR team to roll out programs and initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention within Sales.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in change management efforts within the Sales organization, facilitating smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Integrate principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent management practices within the GTM organization, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Support change management initiatives and projects within the Sales organization, ensuring effective transitions and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP role supporting a Sales or similar client group.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices relevant to the specific company function.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and address complex organizational challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, capable of leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with change management processes.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience supporting global teams is advantageous.
