Role Overview:


We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic collaboration with our corporate Finance and Facilities divisions.

This position will work closely with our CFO and the leadership teams in Finance and Facilities to enhance and implement our talent strategy, fostering organizational effectiveness and cultivating high-performing teams.

The Finance and Facilities divisions play a crucial role in establishing the processes, frameworks, and environments that nurture a culture of excellence as we strive to bring cutting-edge and innovative products to fruition.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to identify the optimal organizational structure, skills, and capabilities necessary to execute the strategy

Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and personnel while proactively providing talent insights and assisting leaders in anticipating challenges

Facilitate talent assessments and action planning to expedite employee growth and team efficiency

Offer leadership coaching and constructive feedback

Promote a culture of inclusivity at both individual and collective levels

Drive the functional talent strategy (including attrition, retention, and succession planning)

Utilize data analytics to deliver essential talent insights at the functional level

Effectively manage talent programs (such as annual compensation and promotion cycles)

Support organizational hiring initiatives

Address employee relations through consultation, coaching, and performance management

Engage in ad hoc projects and process enhancement initiatives within the People team to ensure continuous improvement of our HR programs and service model

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Business Partner roles and/or HR leadership, with at least 4 years supporting executive or C-suite leadership

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification or advanced degree preferred

Unquestionable integrity and ethical standards

Compensation Information:


Salary range for applicants based in Palo Alto, CA: $218,800 - $340,675 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law).
