Job Title: Account Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Staffing Now. This is a client-facing, out-of-office position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals at partnered offices and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will be crucial in driving growth by increasing the usage of our services among industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel regularly to affiliated real estate offices to build and strengthen relationships with agents and industry partners.
- Host events and attend meetings, trainings, and networking sessions to foster connections with clients and increase engagement.
- Identify and secure new real estate office partnerships to expand our business.
- Serve as the face of our company at various client offices, offering support and building rapport with industry professionals.
- Drive growth by increasing the usage of our services with existing partners and developing new business relationships.
- Be available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to attend events outside standard hours as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate, title services, or related industries.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Existing relationships or a book of business within the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
