Toni Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing our client pipeline through lead generation, client development, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate outside leads and prospect new business opportunities through research, referrals, and market analysis.
- Effectively grow and manage the client pipeline from lead generation to client account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service while explaining our services and benefits to potential and existing clients.
- Strengthen and maintain client relationships through regular communication, visits, and strategic planning.
- Utilize industry tools and resources to maximize business potential, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to best represent and sell our services.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience within a logistics or supply chain company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills for building relationships.
- Strong networking skills and ability to handle multiple clients and companies.
- Ability to work under pressure, execute sales initiatives, and handle rejection.
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities, including being a team player.
- Able to pass a background screen.
