Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at HDS Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall organization of our Marketing and Business Development initiatives, including coordinating marketing efforts, marketing research, marketing campaigns, communications, conferences, and social media.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization.
  • Manage Conference Booth and Client Interactions: Responsible for actively managing the conference booth and interacting with clients during conferences, including setting up events with clients.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management Software: Responsible for maintaining up-to-date the Customer Relation Management Software.
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Activities: Plans, executes, and oversees the development and production of advertisements, promotional activities, and materials, including marketing videos, websites, print, online, electronic, media, and direct mail.
  • Establish and Manage Social Media Strategy: Responsible for establishing and managing a social media strategy, including timely announcements, content, and responding to feedback.
  • Create Marketing and Sales Videos: Responsible for creating marketing and sales videos by coordinating with the Business, IT, and Management teams regarding video campaigns, content, and presentation.
  • Develop Internal and External Communication Programs: Create, implement, and oversee internal and external communication programs that effectively describe and promote HDS services and products to relevant and specified audiences.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Study Opportunities with Current and New Clients: Study opportunities with current and new clients.
  • Conduct Marketing Surveys: Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.
  • Measure and Assess Customer Satisfaction: Measure and assess customer satisfaction, effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or at least 4 years' prior experience in a relevant field.
