Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, developing individual solutions based on the hearing needs of our customers, and providing knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads
- Develop individual solutions based on the hearing needs of our customers
- Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
- Schedule appointments with customers and our partner providers
- Support our customers during their 45-day trial until they are 100% happy with their devices
- A competitive fixed base salary and uncapped commission
- A hybrid schedule for Miami hires, with three days in the office and two days working from home
