About the Role

ITech Consulting Partners is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate outside leads and prospect new business opportunities through research, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Effectively grow and manage the client pipeline from lead generation to client account management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while explaining our services and benefits to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and strategic planning.
  • Utilize market research and industry trends to maximize business potential and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Research and develop an understanding of clients' business needs to best represent and sell our services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a high-end value logistics company.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence for building relationships.
  • Good networking skills and ability to handle multiple clients and companies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and execute sales initiatives.
  • Excellent organization and time management capabilities, including being a team player.
  • Able to pass a background screen.
