Account Executive New Build Specialist

Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our New Build team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and establish profitable residential service agreements with property owners, managers, and developers.
- Implement and ensure compliance with residential agreements and contracts.
- Work with National Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account management plans.
- Evaluate the value and serviceability of potential communities, including ROI assessments and financial modeling.
- Assess the performance of current contracts and design strategies to maximize revenue and sales volume.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties.
- Assess telecommunications and entertainment needs of potential clients and deliver product presentations.
- Manage all aspects of the Cox Communities agreement, including launch, implementation, and renewal.
- Serve as a key point of contact for industry partners and ensure timely response to issues and inquiries.
- Establish a presence in the community through participation in relevant boards, groups, and committees.
- Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with industry partners to drive revenue growth and product penetration.
- Participate in identifying strategies to address competitor activity and share feedback with local and global teams.
- Identify and recommend initiatives to drive sales production and increase go-to-market efficiencies.
- Partner interdepartmentally to maximize service rights and drive penetrations in assigned territories.
- Remain current on changes to agreement and contract regulations and complete required training.
- Drive best-in-class sales, customer support, and strategic practices.
- Maintain the highest ethical sales practices and present a professional image.
- Provide market feedback to corporate leadership to shape market strategies.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
- The ability to travel within the region and be in the field at least three days a week.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, database tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS & SAS.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills.
- Adept at data analysis and interpretation to make data-based decisions.
- Strong understanding of business acumen.
- Strong sales and negotiation/strategic prudence.
- Maintain a global perspective by continuously protecting Cox's best interests.
- Ability to identify market trends and communicate to Corporate.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
