Verizon Client Support Specialist

PROSOL Inc. is a leading firm in the telecommunications sector, specializing in consulting, sales, and marketing solutions. Our mission is to assist renowned household brands in enhancing their profitability and expanding their market presence through innovative revenue strategies.
We are currently seeking a motivated entry-level Verizon Client Support Specialist to contribute to our strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing our marketing and sales objectives while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position requires building strong relationships with new clients, maintaining existing customer accounts, and supporting the growth of our quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge and addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify and connect with potential and existing customers, thereby enhancing our sales pipeline.
- Articulate the features and advantages of specific products/services tailored to individual customer needs.
- Address and resolve objections throughout the sales process, providing answers to any questions that arise.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer account inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions with fellow Verizon Client Support Specialists and management to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications for Success:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
- A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- A proactive mindset with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- A positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and customers.
