Our continuous approach to organizing includes extensive voter outreach linked to ongoing community campaigns, robust leadership development, and advocacy efforts.

ROLE SUMMARY: NVM is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals who are passionate about social change to join our team for the 2024 political voter outreach initiative. As part of a statewide team, you will play a crucial role in raising awareness about candidates endorsed by NVM and ensuring voters receive the latest voting information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in direct conversations with voters via phone, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure the submission of accurate and complete data.
  • Support the Regional Field Director in achieving program objectives as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technological tools.
  • Strong communication skills across diverse groups.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent work.
  • Flexibility to work long and irregular hours.
  • Alignment with the ideology and goals of NVM.

COMPENSATION: This is a seasonal role with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Canvassers will receive a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.
