Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Centric in Key West, FL. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, running nightly reports, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Run nightly reports to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with Security to ensure guest safety and security
  • Assist with luggage handling and other guest requests
  • Collaborate with other Front Office team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Front Desk or Guest Services role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 11 pm - 7:30 am, Friday and Saturday nights
