Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to ensure the security and integrity of our premises.
  • Communication: Coordinate with office administrative staff to maintain and update unit owner information in our computer database, utilizing proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Reporting: Report any violations of our Rules and Regulations, as well as any damage, theft, or found articles to supervisors.
  • Key Control: Maintain the key control system, ensuring that all keys are locked and accounted for at all times.
  • Emergency Response: Be familiar with our fire alarm system operations and report all incidents to management, calling police or fire departments in cases of emergency.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Work Environment

The working environment will be indoor and will require the ability to sit and stand frequently. The noise level in the workplace will be low to moderate.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year related experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Language: Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations.
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred.
