Job Summary

The Capitana is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, make them feel welcome, and provide a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Front Desk Operations: Administer check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and handle administrative duties.
  • Training and Development: Train new Front Desk Agents on our policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent guest service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests, and handle guest opportunities in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management and organizational skills, and conflict resolution experience.
