Job Summary

The Capitana is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, make them feel welcome, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Front Desk Operations: Administer check-ins and check-outs, provide front desk services, assign rooms, and handle administrative duties.
  • Team Management: Train new Front Desk Agents, provide guidance and support, and ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Conflict Resolution: Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests, handle guest opportunities, and provide solutions to guest concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Conflict resolution experience, patience, and good listening skills.
