Key Responsibilities- Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest room assignments, ensuring accurate and efficient room allocation.
- Process guest payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around the hotel, and lift up to 10 pounds.
