Job Overview:

As the Ready Mix Sales Manager at HRM Concrete, your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute sales strategies, oversee key accounts, and guide a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass sales objectives. This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of the ready mix concrete sector, and a demonstrated history of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to fulfill company sales objectives and foster market growth.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales benchmarks.
  • Manage significant accounts, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues within the construction sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to both potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to upper management.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within the ready mix concrete or construction field.
  • In-depth knowledge of ready mix concrete products and their applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as necessary.
