Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Oversee key client accounts, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of robust customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the construction sector.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to both potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to optimize profitability.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
- Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to upper management.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within the ready mix concrete or construction sectors.
- In-depth understanding of ready mix concrete products and their applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Proven capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as necessary.
