Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Brokerage to join our team at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska. As a key member of our Brokerage team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, growing client relationships, and delivering exceptional real estate services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute new business development by participating in cold calling, converting calls to meetings, and securing new business wins.
  • Grow client relationships by attending client meetings, conducting property tours, and developing follow-up materials for clients.
  • Maintain and update the Brokerage Team's market research database and activities with JLL's CRM system.
  • Support client transaction process by reviewing quantitative office location data, legal documents, and working with sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools.
  • Work with research and other team members to compile market information and statistics on the local commercial real estate market.
  • Actively participate on the brokerage team by attending meetings and weekly sales updates, conducting market research, and using data to support presentation materials and publications.
  • Contribute to designated local market research requests, including market snapshots, market overviews, and quarterly market decks.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage with a demonstrable success in high-level sales production.
  • State Real Estate License.
  • Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment with a positive, professional attitude.
