Key Responsibilities:

· Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals, and providing customized solutions.

· Actively participate in and lead client discussions.

· Support Business Development efforts in acquiring new clients through involvement in the sales process and generating referrals from current clients.

· Utilize your sales expertise to attract and retain clients, significantly contributing to the expansion of our firm.

· Develop comprehensive financial plans that integrate investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and more.

· Stay informed about industry and economic trends and apply this knowledge to client service and relationships.

· Continuously update and refine financial planning recommendations.

· Remain current with industry trends and regulations, consistently enhancing your knowledge and expertise.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

· CFP Certification is mandatory.

· Proven history of strong sales capabilities and the ability to expand a practice.

· Experience in growing a client portfolio.

· Exceptional financial planning and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Commitment to the highest ethical standards and fiduciary duty.

· Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

· Bachelor's degree required.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector.

· Successful background and credit check.
