We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time Territory Manager, focusing on the Toledo, Ohio area.
Position Summary
The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to both current and prospective clients of Allied Supply Company, Inc. This position involves acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and generating leads within the designated territory. The Territory Manager will report directly to the Director of Filtration.
HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by planning and executing outreach to existing and potential customers within the assigned territory, with a strong focus on new account acquisition.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance sales and product knowledge through organizing seminars and technical training sessions at customer locations.
- Identify and understand customer requirements to provide optimal solutions utilizing all available resources from Allied Supply Company Inc.
- Develop an annual business strategy for the assigned territory.
- Keep detailed records of account files, sales contacts, and opportunities.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet the territory's objectives.
- Analyze market data to assess customer needs, pricing structures, and discount policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the air filtration industry, including product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales & Territory Management is advantageous
- A competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve both company and personal objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills, effective follow-up, adaptability to new tasks, and a commendable work ethic.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
COMPENSATION: BASE SALARY + Bonus
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
