About the Role

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Manager at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our indoor adventure park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team environment that provides exceptional customer service, while directing staff and ensuring all team members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Staff Management: Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, and discipline of staff, as well as ensure the execution of staff training programs.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Develop weekly schedules and ensure staffing levels and lead coverage are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead and influence staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.
  • Staff Development: Select, develop, and train staff for more responsibility or internal promotability into a leadership program.
  • Employee Recognition: Ensure the execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs as directed.
  • Inventory and Expenses: Assist with inventory and controlling expenses.
  • Operational Excellence: Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Urban Air operating standards and philosophies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and lead a team, and a positive attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
