The Roofing Sales Training Initiative is an integral part of our commitment to fostering exceptional sales talent within the roofing sector. This structured program is designed to cultivate early-career professionals through a comprehensive training experience that spans 18-24 months.

Program Structure:

Participants will engage with the Inside Sales team, providing essential support to designated regions while collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers. Throughout the initiative, participants will contribute to team objectives, lead training sessions, and manage special projects, all while receiving mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

Career Development:

As participants acquire the necessary skills for effective territory management, we will work collaboratively to identify suitable positions within the sales team. This initiative emphasizes the development of key sales competencies through practical experiences and a defined training curriculum, covering areas such as:

  • Customer Operations
  • Consultative Sales Strategy
  • Territory Management
  • Pricing Strategy
  • Product Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
