Job Overview

Maumee Supply is a dynamic and expanding organization in search of a driven Field Sales Specialist. This role focuses on leveraging established sales techniques to enhance an existing portfolio and attract new clientele. The successful candidate will not only strengthen relationships with current customers but also identify and pursue new sales opportunities, establish accounts, and finalize transactions.

The ideal applicant will possess knowledge in commercial plumbing and construction, aiding clients in managing their projects and boosting their customers' profitability. By supporting our clients in achieving their goals, we aim to foster mutual success and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance sales through diverse sales strategies.
  • Engage with clients, schedule meetings, and consistently fill the sales pipeline by generating opportunities and closing deals.
  • Assess customer requirements and cultivate long-lasting, productive relationships.
  • Achieve personal and team sales objectives.
  • Conduct account research and generate new leads.
  • Follow up on sales leads and provide quotes in accordance with required specifications.
  • Participate in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales/Estimation Team to manage commercial plumbing and heating projects.
  • Provide management with feedback and reports using financial data.
  • Maintain and grow the client database within your designated territory.
  • Enhance Maumee Supply's standing in the industry.
Qualifications
  • Strong ambition to succeed.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Experience adhering to a structured sales process.

  • Demonstrated sales experience with proven methodologies.
