Job Overview

The Manager of Retail Insights at SupplyPike plays a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance across various departments, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. This position requires a blend of industry expertise and practical experience to enhance SupplyPike's capabilities in the Amazon marketplace.


Remote Work Opportunity: This role is open to candidates working remotely, with quarterly visits to the headquarters in Rogers, Arkansas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary expert on Amazon deductions and compliance initiatives, acting as an internal consultant to represent customer interests.
  • Collaborate closely with the SupplyPike-Amazon Product team to conduct customer research and guide feature prioritization.
  • Assist the Sales team by participating in Amazon sales discussions, addressing technical inquiries related to deductions and compliance, and offering relevant insights.
  • Support the Marketing team by sharing knowledge on Amazon deductions and compliance programs to aid in content development.
  • Advise the Customer Success team on Amazon-related inquiries, contributing to quarterly business reviews and other support activities.
  • Provide advisory support to additional teams, including Customer Development and Finance.
  • Stay informed on retail industry trends and developments from various sources, sharing insights internally.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance (A/P and/or A/R), revenue management, or supply chain, preferably with Amazon or an Amazon supplier.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
