Job Overview

The Manager of Retail Insights at SupplyPike serves as a vital internal advisor across various departments, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. This role combines industry expertise with practical experience to strategically enhance SupplyPike's capabilities within the retail sector.

Remote Work Flexibility: This position allows for full remote work, with occasional visits to the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary expert on compliance and deduction programs, representing customer interests within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to conduct customer research and provide insights for feature development.
  • Assist the Sales team by participating in client calls to address technical inquiries related to deductions and compliance.
  • Support the Marketing team by offering insights on compliance programs to enhance content creation.
  • Advise the Customer Support team on compliance-related issues and assist with business reviews.
  • Provide advisory support to other departments, including Finance and Customer Development.
  • Stay informed on retail industry trends and share relevant insights with internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, particularly in accounts payable or receivable.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
