Position Overview

The Retail Analytics Manager at SupplyPike is essential in delivering strategic insights and support across various departments within the organization. This role serves as an internal advisor for teams such as Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, utilizing their knowledge to strengthen SupplyPike's capabilities in the Amazon marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key expert on deductions and compliance initiatives related to Amazon, representing customer interests within SupplyPike
  • Work closely with the SupplyPike-Amazon Product team to perform customer analysis and aid in feature prioritization
  • Support the Sales department by engaging in Amazon sales discussions to resolve technical inquiries regarding deductions and compliance, providing guidance and expertise as necessary
  • Assist the Marketing team by sharing insights on Amazon deductions and compliance initiatives to support content development
  • Guide the Customer Support team on Amazon-related issues, contribute to quarterly business evaluations, and assist other departments such as Customer Development and Finance
  • Remain updated on retail industry news and trends, disseminating knowledge internally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, revenue management, or supply chain, preferably with Amazon or an Amazon supplier
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems
