Enterprise Customer Success Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at SupplyPike. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer adoption and retention, and providing strategic guidance to our valued Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our Enterprise customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
- Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Collaborate with customers to design and implement tailored onboarding plans, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximizing customer value.
- Customer Insights and Analysis: Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to identify areas for improvement, optimize customer experiences, and drive business growth.
- Account Management and Retention: Proactively manage customer relationships, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to prevent churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive customer success, adoption, and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute these plans.
- Staying Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest retail news, trends, and developments, and communicate relevant insights to customers to ensure they remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers, and a strong understanding of supply chain operations and retail compliance.
