This creates a work atmosphere that is unique, empowering, and truly exceptional. Our guests sense this energy, and you will too.

  • Assisting hiring managers with recruitment and staffing processes, including participation in career fairs and managing job postings.
  • Collaborating with management on coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, while providing consultative support on employee relations matters.
  • Promoting Employee Relations initiatives that align with our Best Place to Work ethos, including employee recognition programs and communication strategies.

  • Overseeing performance management processes, including reviews and improvement plans.
  • Assessing training needs and leading professional development initiatives.
  • Conducting exit and stay interviews to identify trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with all employment and labor regulations.
  • Managing workplace compliance and claims related to Workers' Compensation and Unemployment.
  • Actively participating in team meetings and providing visible HR support on-site.
  • Collaborating with safety committees to promote workplace safety initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage diverse situations with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable employment and labor laws.
